Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be reported to the landlord in writing by e-mail. The tenant must ensure that his cancellation has actually arrived at the landlord and in time.
Payments due by the tenant to the landlord upon cancellation are as follows;

1. In case of cancellation up to 49 days (7 weeks) before the day of arrival;
30% of the total rental amount as stated in the Rental Agreement.
2. In case of cancellation from the 49th day to 35 days (5 weeks) before the day of arrival;
60% of the total rental amount as stated in the Rental Agreement.
3. In case of cancellation from the 35th day to 7 days (1 week) before the day of arrival;
90% of the total rental amount as stated in the Rental Agreement.
4. In case of cancellation from the 7th day to the day of arrival or later;
100% of the total rental amount as stated in the Rental Agreement.
